A week back there were reports in the local papers about the Anti-Narcotics 
Police Team raiding a hotel in Mapusa and, instead of drugs, finding three 
prostitutes and a pimp and clients conducting business there.

Today's paper has reports that the Anti-Narcotics Police Team raided 
premises in Calangute and found a Swiss National and an Indian national 
watching 'an obscene film on television'. A further search unearthed 'five 
blue film CDs'.

Is this a sign of change? Is the drug wave being replaced by a sex wave? Is 
this a good sign? What can we do about it?
