Some grandiose plans fall by the wayside, football fields included, but footballs would keep bouncing!
Albeit, instead of footballs Goanetters should be afforded the opportunity of sending equivalent funds preferably through Goanet or The Salesians for needed seed money in order to build bridges.
No egocentric ideas but sincere grassroot endeavours which, like footballs, would have the bouncing multiplier effect :-)
