As Jose rightly noted, I was talking about the
prosecution of religious fundamentalists who CAUSE
PHYSICAL HARM to others because of their views,
writings and works of art. Most countries have laws to
prosecute people who cause physical harm to others for
whatever reason. Fundamentalists and political
activists who cause harm to the reputation of others
because of religious outrage and self-righteousness,
can be sued for libel.
