Fred, this V M de Malar is a prolific writer :-)

However, when Goan Jesuits, like Anthony de Mello crossed the line, he got what he deserved. When extolling the virtues of this Pope, the phrase "ruthlessly silenced" is a dichotomy.

One has to be firm and disciplined in Church Administration and Pope John Paul II was, IMHO, a living saint. May his soul RIP.
