In this Penguin India book (James Surowiecki: The Wisdom of the Crowds. Why the Many are Smarter than the Few) the author makes an interesting point. He argues that if you want to solve a problem, don't turn to an expert, turn it over to a group.

That's why Goanet works (sometimes), I guess!

Anyway, to try out whether this is true, could the 'crowd' help here? Any suggestions on how to increasing participation levels among the 'silent Goanetter'? Thanks in advance for any great ideas. FN
