In this Penguin India book (James Surowiecki: The Wisdom of the Crowds. 
Why the Many are Smarter than the Few) the author makes an interesting 
point. He argues that if you want to solve a problem, don't turn to an 
expert, turn it over to a group.

That's why Goanet works (sometimes), I guess!
Anyway, to try out whether this is true, could the 'crowd' help here? Any 
suggestions on how to increasing participation levels among the 'silent
