Morgan Stanley ordered to pay damages

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Reuters) - U.S. investment bank Morgan Stanley
was ordered on Monday to pay $604 million in damages to Ronald
Perelman, the billionaire investor who claimed he was defrauded by the
Wall Street company over the sale of a business.

Newsweek retracts story on koran under pressure!
 WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Newsweek magazine on Monday retracted a report
that U.S. interrogators at Guantanamo Bay had desecrated the Koran
after the story triggered protests in Afghanistan that killed 16
people and the White House criticized it

Comment: Just as well it was an USA News Report - else all hell would
have broken loose!
