AICC general secretary and in charge of Goa, Margaret Alva who on Tuesday accompanied congress president, Sonia Gandhi and defense minister, Pranab Mukherjee to Karwar for the commissioning of the first phase of naval base, INS Kadamba had good news for Gandhi. "Ma"am we are giving you the government on June 6." Alva said that Karwar was part of her constituency and as she is in Goa for the by election she could accompany her party leader. A beaming Alva said she had a chat with Ms Gandhi who inquired about the June 5 by poll to five assembly constituencies.
