Furthermore, no one from the hemisphere is clamoring to emigrate to Cuba, including Mervyn.
I can predict that Mervyn's Castroite response will be that any Cuban wanting to leave this little slice of heaven is a criminal or a head case, which is exactly what every communist regime said about their opponents as per Soviet head cases like Sharansky and Solzenetzyn.
