Use of abandoned mines for garbage dumping.
The abandoned mines for dumping will cause serious environmenthal problems, as the rain water will sip through the garbage and penetrate the underground streams. The abandoned mines are like a bucket and unless proper system is used by lining with density polythene or composite lining which is also known as geo textile the dumping will have serious consequences. The suggestion by Dr. Willie de Sousa is excellent but it can only be achieved by the employment of a company specialized in lanfills.
