Hi, The Special Economic Zones Act 2005 has received the assent of the President of India on 23rd June 2005, and a copy of the same is displayed on the website of the Law Ministry pf the Govt. of India. The Rules are under formulation and are expected to be finalised shortly after Publication , and receipt of objections / suggestions from the public.
