Two persons killed and at least 90 injured in explosions at 7 different sites in London, bringing the capital to a standstill. There were a total of 6 underground blasts and one on a bus.
The exact number of people killed is still unknown. PM Tony Blair said that it's reasonably clear that the attack is the work of terrorists. PM will leave the G8 meeting and rush to London to assess the situation and then fly back to resume the G8 summit. He further added that this attack has come when people are meeting to solve the problems in Africa. The whole of London has come to a standstill. The scenes are from total shock to total horror. The authorities are not sure which terrorist groups are behind the attacks and advised public not to travel.
