I would be interested to learn more about the Goan branch of the National Association for the Blind, as mentioned in the Goa Net News Bytes (11 July 2005)
The reason I ask is because I work for a local charity working with blind adults and children here in Scotland, and I would be most interested to communicate with a similar organisation in Goa, and find out what services they offer the blind population in Goa.
