Hi Rene,
It really is ever so good to see you urging fellow Goans worldwide to focus
on World Goa Day. More than anything else, you seek action rather than
words. Well, you will recall my Goanet post on 12/7/05 which basically
called for specific ACTION. I had said the following:
"there could be a massive leap forwards if individuals across the Goan
spectrum were able to say on Goanet, with sincerety, that they personally
rejected caste in its entirety. We could be on the cusp of such a
reality..."
Well Rene, this is definitely a call for ACTION and more than the words you
deride. Therefore as someone who is significant worldwide, will you please
meet this harmless request as a form of positive ACTION on your part? What
better time to do this then, just preceding this year's World Goa Day with
you at the helm? I therefore really look forward to your contribution
towards this cause. I hope you will not disappoint me and many others as it
squarely follows your repeated advice about ACTION and it is also clearly
not at all hard to do.
