Yes,one should better his or her previous Best.How does one go about doing that? The two day workshop outlines the how of being the best in whatever you do.The journey to outsmart the best and top the list of leaders should start from within you and should excite you to go on and on.The workshop will mould one into a person with the cutting edge in Leader-Manager ship and Communication Skills. Objective: To enable the participants to evaluate themselves and to work out an action plan that will set them on their paths to outsmart the best.The programme envisages eliciting steps to excel in their chosen areas of activities and to excel in communicating to others. Challenges Ahead:The discussion will bring out the 4 Cs that characterize todays world viz. Change,Competition,Complexity and Customer Demands. A group discussion on the world of yesterday vs. today vs. Tomorrow is planned. Vision/Mission:The wider canvas of life is discussed.The need for Vision to bring out the mission of the Company and the need for each one to become a visionary is brought out.ME Charts are drawn by each delegate.Vision and Mission are Visualised. Communicating to WIN:The need to communicate effectively by touching others positively is highlighted.The ways to comprehend what is not being said by others and to show what you are saying are discussed .Body Language is discussed at length. The Creative YOU:The entire session is activity oriented to recharge the right sides of the brains of the delegates.Literally , a Brain gym. The Leader Manager:The qualities required in an individual to turn into a Leader Manager are brought out through group discussion and some of the core qualities are discussed in detail.Throughout the two days, these qualities will be discussed during the various sessions. The Relationship Manager:Building of relationships and bonding through deposits in emotional bank accounts are discussed. Building internal and external relationships and maintaining these are crucial for every team. YOU and the Team:The Stages in team building and types of team members and handling difficult people are dealt with through activities.
