Hello Goanetters, It can also be due to the English speaking culture of Goans. Unlike other communities, they linger to their mother tongues, like the Sikhs, Keralites, Tamils, but us Goans, adopt English as our lingua Franca, and very soon learn other languages in their adoptive countries.
