VISITING PRIEST IN KUWAIT
One of the well known priests from Goa, Fr. Diogo Fernandes currently Pe.
Vigar of Colva is now visiting Kuwait, he is on short visit to Kuwait while
returning from his trip to USA. These days he is meeting his Colva
parishioners working in Kuwait and on Friday 12th of this month he will be
the chief guest for the Tiatro "Bhurgim Mai-Paichem Sukh" written and
directed by Colvakar Rosary Ferns.
Fr. Diogo is known to be a very dynamic priest working for the social
causes. Before getting posted at Colva he had postings in Calangute,
Anjuna, Santa Cruz and Maina Curtorim.
In Colva he is trying to build an Old Age House for which Colva residents in
Kuwait are trying to collect funds by organizing different types of
functions.
During his brief stay in Kuwait, I along with all my like minded friends and
colleagues wish Fr. Diogo Fernandes a happy stay in Kuwait.
