Goa Sudharop gave a Fellowship Award in 2004 to Percival Noronha, founder of
Goa Heritage
Foundation and the Friends of Astronomy in Goa society. 82 year-old Percival
Noronha has
campaigned tirelessly to save the unique architecture of Goa and to educate
Goan youth and the
public in the science of astronomy. With the help of dedicated volunteers, he
runs an unique
public instruction program in astronomy and Public Astronomical Observatory in
Panjim, the capital
of Goa. We invite you to send their tax-deductible donations to purchase a
$6,000 - 14" German
telescope for this program for our “Year of the Child” contribution toward
science education in
Goa.

You can send in your checks for tickets and tax-deductible donations to: Goa
Sudharop, 67 Kingston
Road, Kensington, California, USA, 94707.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Goa Sudharop
