Hi Eugene,
Some netters have been forced to send posts privately because, in my experience, posts do get rejected rather inconsistently on this forum. A simple reply of thanks to one who provided an answer to a query can most unexpectedly be deemed to be a private response and face rejection. I now avoid the absurdity of this kind of risk but hope this reply to you gets through as it addresses not just you but many others. Likewise, I am forced to thank Cecil re his comment on my post on World Goa Day privately and not via the forum. This sounds daft but it is true!

I don't seem to understand why some netters want to
send their criticisms or replies privately instead of
posting them on the forum.
This particular person called "garbage" the part where
I made comments on the claims for the WGD. He spoke
nothing of other points in the lengthy post.
This individual has done the same recently. He is
indeed becoming a pest, and need to prescribe medicine
for himself to cure him of his nasty habits. As they
say, doc heal self!
