Believe the best strategy to ensure that our *political masters* do not siphon off crores in the name of garbage disposal, but, are put to work, to do the work they are elected to do, is to: - submit to the High Court a comparative study and evaluation of the various *garbage disposal* options along with a recommendation of the most cost effective solution; - pray to the High Court that the Government and it's minions be directed to implement the solution as approved by the Court subject to the appropriate penalties for non performance and delay.
