i am doing a project on Sustainability of Tourism and have taken a
place in India and doing the assignment on "Beaches of Goa". I was just
looking for some information on Goa if the Government there has done
some planning on good sustainable practices that should be adopted to
maintain the coastal region against mass tourism. There are ample of
bad practices in terms of degradation of the beaches,water and noise
pollution,improper sewage but the Government plans are listed only in a
book which i got from the library written in 1995. Are there any good
practices adopted by the govt. that you would know of ?
