Garrison Engr, Asst Garrison Engr in Goa arrested for asking bribe New Delhi | October 07, 2005 3:42:38 PM IST A Garrison Engineer and an Assistant Garrison Engineer from Vasco in Goa have been arrested by the CBI for accepting a bribe in connection with awarding a contract. Garrison Engineer (Naval Works) Lt Col R K Dubey and an Assistant Garrison Engineer (B P Lobo) in Goa were arrested while accepting Rs 30,000 from a contractor, according to the CBI. Both had allegedly asked the contractor to pay them Rs 30,000 plus two per cent cost of total contract money if he wanted his tender to be passed. UNI AN VD AKK1509
