Mario,
The question has been asked repeatedly.
However, you still have not understood it.
Let me accent the part that you have not understood so
that, perhaps, you may get it this time:
"I would like you to tell the rest of Goanet if you
have understood in WHICH YEAR the Rosa Parks protest
was."

I am told that the only other people who cannot run
for President are those with criminal records. What
have you done (not done?) Mario, to be cast into the
"cannot run" group?

Political power in Canada lies in the
head-of-government. The head-of-state is a puppet who
only has to get up when s/he is to hand out coloured
bits of tin to those whom the head-of-government wants
to recognise.
No Canadian is going to accept the job of puppet.
As such, we have a German who holds the position for
now. She is a Rosa Parks wannabe. She sat down on a
seat and cannot get up :-)
