Goa without all these things sounds like a holiday paradise to me!
-----------------------------------------

They bear, pertinently, a mindset that will not oppose the setting up of
international-standard Golf courses, nightspots, Casinos, and what-have-you,
on their soil.

. Have Maharashtrians ever displayed aversion to Full moon parties, Raves,
Flea and Saturday night markets? So finally, who will be left back in Goa?

I don't think much is wrong with Dabolim now. When I first came on holiday to
Goa 9 years ago the airport was a bad joke. Long queues, miserable staff, but
in the last 2-3 years we've noticed a real improvement. The only fault I can
find is that a lot of work seems to be duplicated - how many people does it
take to check one piece of hand luggage? - but I feel this is rather typical
of Goa in general (sorry everyone!).

Seriously, what is so wrong, or beyond redemption, with Dabolim?
