<Goa does not need another airport at Mopa! All it needs is a 'Bigger Airport at Dabolim" and this is feasible at less cost and can be done in much less time too!>
How about sharing some details of your plan esp the time line. <The author has spoken about big Cities having airports at one end of town.> Pls re-read my post. I only talked about "states" with "capitals" (and their international airports) at one end, just across the border from their neighbours.
