Nephew of Goa’s Chief Minister is lynched
28 Dec: Chennai Online, Enraged over the pollution caused by stone crushing
units, residents today lynched a unit owner Prithviraj Rane, nephew of Goa
Chief Minister Pratapsinh Rane. The villagers had been protesting against
the pollution for a long time ... They dragged Prithviraj out of his house
and killed him, police added.

28 Dec: WebIndia123. As many as 30 policemen, including the North Goa
District Superintendent of Police, were injured when an irate mob went
berserk today as the cops rushed to Saleli village in North Goa to apprehend
assailants responsible for the murder of a relative of Chief Minister
Pratapsinh Rane.
