In response to his quite oddly phrased previous post Gilbert Menezes was asked a few questions (Please vide infra)

It is possible that Gilbert Menezes

a: has realised that his post does not make sense. i.e. Does someone who receives(uses) services need PERMISSION to PAY .....or is that someone EXPECTED to PAY.

b: has NOT realised that his post does not make sense

And has decided that attack, name calling and obfuscation is the best form of defence - et states the following:

a: < As expected, my post regarding the Indian Armed Forces, drew an instant response from 2 Salazarist gentlemen >.

b: <Need I say more?>

Dear Mr. Menezes,

Instead of bogus name calling, please return to the topic at hand. I personally expect you to Say No More than Clarify matters arising out of your post; that is ...If you are able to do so. If you are NOT able, so be it.

It matters very little that you do or do not understand that Dictators are Dictators, and centrists have NO place for Dictators and Coup artists (like Salazar and others who rise via coups) in their lives.

But let me not allow myself to be diverted by your diversionary-saffron ploy. I will repeat the queries one last time. You may duck the questions and hide, and obfuscate in the process. You may even resort to some new name calling exercise, or merely go silent. Even in silence or in diversionary obfuscation, you would have stated your position.

Once again .....infra is what you posted. Your post is followed by some questions (Most of which you have probably seen but decided to duck)

So....good wishes and good luck

jc

"gilbert menezes" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: < <As per Govt. of India regulations, families of serving personnel are PERMITTED TO PAY for use of military transport, on condition of availability at the military station where they are based.>

JC's queries:

1: Would Mr. Menezes please direct me to the Govt. of India regulation which PERMITS families of serving personnel TO PAY for use of military transport ?

2: As Mr. Menezes is in the know (apparently) .... How does a civilian go about making a case of Tort or whatever, against a member of the Armed Forces who commits a criminal act or one of megligence?

3: Does Mr. Menezes know How many such incidents have occured, How many have been reported, How they have been dealt with .....or is this all part of the "Securitas" Excusé Moi ?

4: How does Mr. Menezes fell ...not only as an Armed Forces man (be it ex) but also as a fair (I hope) man .... IS IT FAIR that the Armed Forces should get subsidized stuff from the "Canteen" but not the following

a: Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians
b: Police
c: Law abiding Bus Drivers in Goa
d: Law abiding Pedestrians in Goa
e: Law abiding two-wheel riders
f: Law abiding elderly
g: Law abiding residents of Dabolim and vicinity

Does he believe that their life is any less dangerous than that of the chaps in Dabolim ?

Eventually, we might ask him IF it is legal to "Quiet a Title" ?
