I have said it time and again that our tiatrists keep Goan public informed
of day-to-day happenings in the state and even caution them of the dangers
to come through their tiatros and songs. The late Rom Tony, Jr. Rod and
Felcy sang the following song after Kumar was sent to the gallows at the
Aguada jail for brutally murdering a mother and her child in Taleigao and
then packing their remains into suitcases:

The last four lines of the song roughly translated mean as follows:
If we forgive one, others will follow suit. Therefore, such murderers must
be hanged. We praise Goa government for preparing the gallows for the first
time and for hanging Kumar.
The murderers of Fr. Eusebio Ferrao, when proven guilty, should be hanged -
no two ways about it. May Fr. Eusebio's soul rest in peace.
