I think there are influential international spies doing charity work like dog cathers to camouflage their real intent and purpose. And, for for an idiot doctor like Brown saying that only positive people should go for an HIV test. Shows that there is s sinister interest in Goa by the foreigners. If Goans do not take this seriously the foreigners will light fire to India via Goa, just like they did in Punjab and killed Mrs Gandhi. Job done the Rupee now to its original state of Rs 80 +or- (during Indira it was Rs 13/-). Who is talking about Kalisthan NOW?
