Comment: This Luizinho Faleiro seems to be in a bit of a state.
Initially he was against Churchill and Churchill's idea to scrap
theMopa initiative. Now he has changed track! Could it be that
Luizinho Faleiro is concerned that one of the Churchill Brothers might
stand against him in the election for the Constituency of Navelim?
Could it be that he knows that his own Constituents are not in favour
of a Mopa Airport and would ditch him at the next hustings?
