Whenever I tried to connect I used to get the message "you are disconnected from the computer you are dialling" or " the line is busy". Both answers made no sense to me.So I called Helpdesk and complained. Although I was directed to some other number mysteriously my line somehow or the other got connected in a few minutes time.
