The finished product is then baked in a gas-fired oven. So where is the scope for ANY TYPE of pollution? The other materials used are wooden frames & stands.>

That, my dear Olavo, ends my knowledge on the subject of Lead Pollution (and poisoning in kids) and Ceramic factories. You may have the last word on this.
