Dear Fausto,

Dear Dicky was Edward da Cruz not Edwin.

Despite our innumerable altercations on mor than one campus we
came to be very close dear friends.

The last I met with him was when I, for the first time, brought down
my wife Eva to India during monsoons 1974.

We had a most pleasant dinner at the Taj in Bombay

Such a premature death.

Sincerely,
Alfred de T.

The Jesuit from Bombay who helped in setting up St. X College in Goa was Fr
Edwin (Cruz)..... not Edward. From Goa he was sent to Japan, if I recall
correctly, where he died.
