Nevertheless, I must thank you for your most liberal views and a good understanding (analytical). I am presently not in a position to interact more often on the net as my sancharnet has packed off. I rely on reliance and gmail. Fred means well. However I would be more happy for him if he took a little trouble to identify motives rather than go on mere statistics. Manohar Parrikar did rely solely on stats and see what the CAG has to say on his rule. A pity to see good men go down the drain voluntarily. Wonder if the goodness was there at all in the first place. And that is what I hope intelligent persons like Fred will look for. If that is identified, everything becomes very simple. best rgds floriano ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joe Vaz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <GOANET@GOANET.ORG> Sent: Monday, July 10, 2006 12:58 PM Subject: Re: [Goanet] On what's good for Goa and Goans > > Floriano Lobo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > >Now, take for instance our brush with (some) the Press in Goa.
