Just recd. ------------------- 20th August , 2006 ---------------------------- WORLD GOA DAY ---------------------------- ------GOAN COMMUNITY_ARUSHA ========================== Dear Rene, The Goans in Arusha/Moshi are celebrating WORLD GOA DAY beginning with a holy mass on Saturday 19/8//06 in the evening and a picnic on Sunday early morning at a place about 130kms from Arusha town. We begin with the breakfast followed by a bbq lunch being provided for our Goan Community members. Our aim is to get everyone to join in especially the youngsters who bond well together. Here in Arusha the new G.O.A managing committee are trying to get more Goans to socialize and see the need for us to keep our Goan identity.
