How many of you have tasted goan sweet dish called “Futto bhol” or bhatt? How many of you know how it is done? For those who do not, take this receipe down and try it today.Do not forget to give your comments if you are trying for the first time. 2 nice tender coconuts . ½ kilo sugar. ½ kilo rawa. 8 eggs. 5-6 elachis. 1 teaspoon ful baking powder.1/2 teaspoon essence. 1 teaspoon ghee. Grind the desiccated coconut with elachi without using water and keep it aside . Separate yolk from white and whip the yolk. Put sugar in the egg and stir it till sugar is dissolved. Put the rawa in the mixture and stir it well.Put the grounded coconut and stir to make it a uniform paste .Add essence and one teaspoon ghee and keep the mixture overnight.Next morning preheat oven at 70degrees for 10 minutes and bake the same for 45 minutes. NB. Coconut should be ground on a grinding stone but if not available try grinding on a mixie.
