The word you are really looking for is Hybernation. This term is used for
those who refuse to / do not socialize with others. This is more appropo than
"bigoted". Don't you think so? At least it is more accurate. Also you keep
confusing "Law and Order" issues with "Cultural and Moral" problems.
You could have written a great article about how Goans / Indians recently
celebrated India's Independence Day in your town on August 15. This instead of
telling us about bigoted Goans / Indians in your Diaspora who do not interact.
But to write this article, you would have to attend the celebration and sing
the "O Say Can You See" and the "Jana Gana Mana".
The word used for people like me is not "plutoed". It is likely "sociable",
and if there is feni, may be "party animal".:=))
