The article by Renoir is true in every sense, it's not a great job but a shame total disaster, how many such bunglows or hotels of such nature have been constructed keeping in mind the regulations?
What is wrong with the authorities , why did they get up after six years, who approved such a plan , who benefitted from these approvals, who benefits from such approvals , many questions arise, but all will stay silent because its a vicious circle , there are many who benefit by approving such plans but unfortuantely they don't get bulldozed. If you are close to the politicians , hooligans, muscle and money power then no one dare touch you. Not a good picture for Goa.
