This is very good news for the Goan community in Kuwait. I wish the Goan folklore troupe, the artists and the organizers all the best. Above all, I take this opportunity to congratulate Goa's Directorate of Art & Culture for taking the right steps to promote Goa's cultural heritage in foreign countries, especially the Gulf.
Unlike in some countries, Goans in Kuwait are fortunate to have the opportunity off and on to take part and witness such cultural programs.
