Hi Cecil
Thanks for the article on married RC priests in the UK. I had met one 
officiating at a wedding six months ago.

Last week, at a supermarket, I met a cheerful Goan friend who lives fairly 
close to my home. We exchanged lots of pleasantries and especially about the 
weather which is uncannily warm and sunny so late in November.

However, he was glum about just one thing. He told me that the parish priest 
of the church was now a married priest. My friend said he stopped attending 
church as he could not accept this new fact.

Is there a way to help this guy out of his dilemma now that the priests have 
sorted out theirs?
