Dear George, That Goa will be concretised within the next twenty years is a given. Whether that happens through a massive plan guaranteed to bulldoze its way through thickets of forest or whether it happens on a piece-meal basis, the fact is it will happen. The only choice Goans have is to decide whether they want to turn Goa into another Bombay or Singapore, and that depends entirely on the vision and leadership of its people.
