Cherished brother of Merle (Terry Francis), Freda (Trevor) Tyrone (Marsha) and Christopher-John (Amy). Cherished brother-in-law of the late Doris (Charles), Neville, the late Jessie (Anton), and Patrick." Art lived in Uganda in his childhood and youth and later in Kenya. He retired from Bell Canada after 29 years of service during which it was mentioned at his eulogy, that he missed not a single day of work. Roland Francis
