Just to bring the numbers down from astronomical ones to some which we can
get our arms around. You are saying that in the next four years nearly 500
thousand acres or 2 thousand sq kms are to be 'brought under construction'.
This is 50% 'OF' Goa's land area (3700 sq kms). If its 50% 'MORE', as you
say, then in four years the 'whole' of Goa would be under construction,
right? Then where would there be space for the mining you talk about (110 sq
km to 390 sqkms) though this is only 3-11% of the total land area. Cheers.
