Thanks Cedric,
Enjoyed reading this article - happy memories of the legends of that
era
I would like to add the name of my brother-in-law - Jack Britto who
played for Pakistan in the 1952 Olympics in Helsinki-now living in
Wimbledon in the UK- 84 years old and still playing badminton !!!!
As a matter of interest Jack and I have two cousin's who also played in
the Olympics for Kenya, Edgar and Egbert Fernandes now living in
Australia - I too was selected to represent Rhodesia at the 1964 Tokyo
Olympics but unfortunately due to Malawi attaining Independence in July
I was unable to represent Rhodesia- my luck !!!!
Take care and love to Joyce-hope she is well on the road to
recovery-must meet soon !!!
Take care

Cheers,
Cyril Coutinho

> past hockey glory and reviewed our recent paper to revive Indian
> hockey and return it to the top of world hockey. Leo is hale and
> hearty. Also not to be left behind with the Top 11 Sardars of Indian
> Hockey List, Leo made a list of the Top Goans of Indian Hockey who
were mainly his contemporaries:
