Comment: Taylor's Port is one of the better ones. The best Port Houses
were British owned; Port was made by adding brandy which carried the
wine well over the seas, especially for export to Britain !

My dear Selma,

How divinely...deliciously inebriating, your appreciation!

And, how dearly I wish you were that unsuspecting dear...

But alas... no guilessness from you, dear stern Bess...

that heels the otherwise quite indomitable Cecil...

Will think of you all tomorrow.

Roland, I heartilly/throatilly endorse Gabe´s choice: Taylor´s
is great though there are far nore exclusive brands, depending
on vintage, that are not widely marketed.

To savour these and know where to order them from one
should visit the "Instituto do Porto" in dear Lisboa.

I am leaving for Goa to market a French calvados in India:

Calvados Christian DROUIN -- Pays d´Auge -- Domaine Coeur de Lion

Gabe, if you know this "Domain" please send your comments which
I value very much, on this subject among quite a few others.

Vive les Calvados
Alfred
