The current online edition of OHeraldo displays an
editorial entitled "Decline of Reason"
(http://oheraldo.in/node/17826). Its author's name is
not mentioned, so I assume it is probably written by
the editor(s). The title caught my eye because I am
always delighted to see reason being promoted in the
popular press. Alas, this piece is not just a
disappointment but a veritable insult to our
rationality! Instead of reason it promotes irrational
homophobia and a reflexive anti-scientific position
against embryonic stem cell research, quite
transparently driven by an all too familiar parochial
ideological agenda.
