BJP spokesperson Dr Wilfred Mesquita says that by giving Padma Sri award to Wendel Rodrigues a fashion designer who is a gay, will legitimize gays in India. Very Good indeed but what about if BJP further legitimize prostitution will it reduce rape in India?
