IT WAS TRULY A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Thanks to Remy the chief organizer and his committee the Carnival dance
held on Feb. 15, 2007 at Astoria Hotel in Dubai was a huge success.
My wife and I were treated like celebrities and showered with gifts. The
carnival costumes were a lot of fun. The carnival parade was outstanding
reminiscence of the carnival festivities in Goa. The band was imported from
Goa and every one danced to their favourite melodies. The endless array of
delicious food added to the festivities.
The whole event was captured by the news media , Evening Post and a whole
page was dedicated with numerous photographs and description of the event.
I cannot remember the last time we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had so
much fun.
It was truly a night to remember.
