Panjim at its press conference today on 9th April, 2014 at 11.30 a.m.
The Party General Secretary, Floriano Lobo, while welcoming the press and
others, and after introducing the GSRP team involved in conceptualizing and
finalizing this unique sound track on MP3

explain that the effort put in by Ms. Faith Barretto [GSRP's in charge of
women and Child development cell] and Singer of repute Reagan D'Souza, member,
was phenomenal and beyond expectations. " One has to see the video above and
listen to the sound track to appreciate it" he said. He said that in time to
come, this already going viral sound track will change as to how Goans look at
Goa.
Accepting the bouquet of flowers from the number two of GSRP, Ms. Faith
Barretto said that it was her pleasure to have been working with the GSRP team,
especially Savio Rodrigues and Reagan D'Souza which has brought out the best in
her. She also touched on her intension of organizing a 'Youth Concert' in the
immediate future so that all of Goa's dynamic youths can be identified,
leadership qualities acknowledged and work to restore Goa as Goa that once was
may begin to end up in taking GOA in 2017.
Reagan, too, couldn't wait to tell the audience how much he was 'raring to go'
for Goa, especially having found confidence with the all accommodating and
understanding, yet strict as hell leadership of GSRP.
The functions concluded with Savio Rodrigues, GSRP's South Goa Candidate for
the Lok Sabha Elections talking about his successful campaign, specially at
Monte Dongor [Moti Dongor] where he said he was optimistic that approximately
more than 37 percent of the votes will be for GSRP. He also touched upon the
brand of 'Secularism' that the Congress Candidate in the South was brandishing.
He said that where the Goa BJP was lubricating the path of Ram Sene into Goa,
Congress was doing likewise with the Popular Front of India, both organizations
being fanatical and totally communal organizations. The press were presented
with the CDs of the Sound Track by Ms. Faith Barretto while Vice President
(North) , Mr. Matias Vaz proposed the 'vote of thanks'.
