COMMENT: 

1: TRUE the Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech, but who will enforce 
this guarantee?
2: IF  Mascarenhas has a right to free speech (to endorse), does not the 
non-endorsed party have a right to 'take on' Mascarenhas?
3: Election season is known as 'Silly Season' for a reason. Anything can and 
will be said to get the upper hand and vote? 
4: Politicians will promise the world to the general public and (at best) 
deliver a zonk.
5: Are we really surprised? I seriously doubt Mascarenhas is.
