Hi Francis,

Victor Menezes, A Goan and the former CEO of Citibank was an IIT Graduate Manohar Parrikar, also a Goan who will soon become Chief Minister of Goa again was an IIT Graduate.

A 1975 Junior National Bombay Hockey Goalkeeper from Velim, Goa and a 1992 Probable who tried out for the US Olympic Hockey Team and got his Doctorate in Engineering Management was also an IIT Graduate

The Jesuit Provincial of Western India is also an IIT Graduate.

Many of the CEOs of today's Global Companies are IIT Graduates - I could go on and on......

Do You Think All these high achiever, exceptional individuals are delusional/reclusive/suicidal online ?

How many Crate-carrying Gulfies or PET-carrying Shippies have you come across who are delusional/ reclusive/suicidal ?

Why do you concentrate on only the negative press from these exceptional institutes - the IIT which have been the pride of India ?

Are you concerned about being relegated to the lower rungs of Goan Society when high achieving Goans graduate from the IIT and fly to North America on Academic sholarships and High end jobs ?

We have seen all kinds of students in IITs (they are reflective of the national population) - but the common characteristic is that they are high
achievers !

So at what levels did you play sports and what levels did you attain in Education ? Was it Doctorate Level in Studies and National Level in Sports -
Why or Why not ?

When Manohar Parrikar becomes the Chief Minister of Goa again in a couple of months, you can be rest that IIT Coaching classes will be initiated all over Goa and there will be a concerted effort to stuff the IITs with Goan students ! Viva Goa ! Viva Parrikar ! Viva ! Viva !

Best Regards,

Dr. Carmo D'Cruz,
Goan, IITian

Dear Carmo,
You've prob. seen both of today's separate reports on
IIT Mumbai and IIT Chennai. Is it possible that all IIT
alumni are particularly delusional/reclusive/suicidal online?

Here's the 1st report, next follows.

Way to go, dude!

Francis.
